12-Week Year Notion Template

This template helps you use the 12-week year to pursue your goals. The template includes:

• Brainstorming prompts to craft your aspirational vision and picture of your life in 3 years.
• Goal setting prompts to list tactics, set success indicators, and proactively brainstorm ways to overcome obstacles.
• Weekly templates for each of the 12 weeks.
• Discussion prompts for your weekly accountability meetings.
